Employers Liability Insurance

As an employer you are responsible for the health and safety of your employees. Even if you only have one employee it is a legal requirement to have Employers Liability Insurance in place.


If an employee suffers an injury or falls ill as a result of the work they do for you then they have the right to make a claim against you. Employers Liability Insurance will cover legal fees and, if you are held liable, any compensation payout.
